Jenny represents clients in litigation and arbitration relating to Family law, divorce, personal injury, etc. She frequently assists in contracts disputes, family law matters and tortious action. She also acts as legal counsel to a number of Chinese hospitals and government agencies and institutions, and advises on legal issues in medical law, administrative law and corporate law.

Jenny has experience in the Chinese legal system and justice system.  Educated at Nanjing Medical University and Southwestern University of Politics and Law with a LL.M. degree in administrative Law, Jenny worked as an intern and lawyer assistant at the firm before practicing law. As senior associate, she advises and assists predominantly European and Northern American clients with business activities all over China. With her knowledge and understanding of the foreign and Chinese legal and business environment, she is an important bridge between many international clients and the firm’s Chinese legal specialists in various fields.
