Ben represents clients in litigation and arbitration relating to Taxes, divorce, criminal defense, etc. He frequently assists in contracts disputes, family law matters and tortious action. He also acts as lead legal counsel to a number of Chinese hospitals and government agencies and institutions, and advises on legal issues in tax law, criminal law and corporate law.

Ben has tremendous experience in the Chinese legal system and criminal justice system, and has been a professor at East China University of Politics and Law, and teaches many courses for law school graduate students.

Ben is also a prolific lawyer having many law review articles published in the tax law field, and has written several book and lead research projects for many fields. Ben’s research and practice lawyering experience and skill has won him many honors over the years.
