Andrew Xue, senior partner of Junkang law, as expert of tort law practice, lectured and shared his professional insights and perspective on the China legal system and tort law actions at court. In his two and half hours presentation, Andew addressed to an audience of over 200 law school students on how to strategically and tactically win tortious actions at Chinese court. His professional opinion drew much favorable feedbacks form the audience and the students all expressed great gratitude for Andrew’s experience sharing and learned a lot in the pro bono event. Andrew also introduced and explained many tort cases he had represented as lawyer on why he had won the case according to the Chinese tort law.
