Jason represents clients in litigation and arbitration relating to contracts, international trade, foreign investment, real estate and construction, etc. He frequently assists in WFOE establishment, trademarks, contracts, employment, tax, and immigration/visa, family law matters and tortious action. He also acts as lead legal counsel to a number of Chinese and foreign-invested companies, and advises on legal issues in investment, intellectual property protection, contract management and employment.

Educated at Fudan University with a law degree and Nankai University with a LL.M. degree in International Business Law, prior to Junkang law, Jason practiced at several different law firms at Shanghai and leading international practice group at other large Chinese firms. As leading Principal, he advises and assists predominantly European and Northern American clients with business activities all over China. With his knowledge and understanding of the foreign and Chinese legal and business environment, he is an important bridge between many international clients and the firm’s Chinese legal specialists in various fields.
